Let me say first and foremost that to anyone considering this venue, it was worth every penny we spent. Our experience with the venue from the first moment we spoke with our wedding coordinator Jeremy was professional and downright enjoyable. As a groom, we get a bad rep for not having to sweat the details about our wedding day. I wanted to be involved every step of the way and Baker's Ranch made it very easy for me to do so. The vendors they provided were top-notch. We didn't have to worry as much about coordinating the details because Baker's Ranch made it extraordinarily easy. The day-of execution was on point, and not a detail was missed. I didn't have to deal with a bridezilla because of how efficient Baker's Ranch made everything. If you have the means, Baker's Ranch seriously is worth the investment. Our wedding day will always be remembered for its magic, and not for any of the potential headaches.

We were recently married at Bakers Ranch on 10/16/22 and what a magical day it was! This venue goes above and beyond to make sure the bride and groom are happy on their big day. I was worried that having such a busy work schedule would make it hard to plan my perfect day but Bakers Ranch takes the worry out of every single aspect of the planning process. We were just married at Bakers Ranch in July and I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planning process. Jeremy, Missy, and the whole team were such a great help with making our vision come to life! I thought we would feel limited working with the vendors that came with the package, but it was actually so nice in that it took away a lot of stress and the options were still great. Our day went off without a hitch, our guests are still raving about how beautiful the property was and how smooth everything went. I cannot recommend Bakers Ranch enough, even as a “type A” bride, I felt like I still got to plan every detail and add my own special touches where I wanted, but I didn’t have to stress about the big picture and how things would turn out. They were very accommodating with seating and timeline changes, even up until the day of the rehearsal. Overall, it was an amazing experience that produced the most beautiful day!

We recently had our wedding at BR on 9/25/2022 and it was magical! From the moment we started working with Jeremy we felt we were in good hands. We started planning our wedding when our daughter was only 3 months old… I don’t know how we would have done it without BR! For us the all inclusive venue was perfect and made the planning process a lot less stressful. Everything was just beautiful. I feel like my vibe and decorations were unique to me and exactly what I pictured in my head. Stephanie and Sandy are amazing as well! Thank you for all that you did, we had our dream wedding!!

Baker's Ranch is every couples dream to work with. From day one everyone on their staff was so welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond to make planning our wedding day a breeze! We loved working with both Alexa and Jeremy to create our dream vision of our wedding day and made sure we didn't forget to go over anything. Be sure you are clear with your vision and how you want your day to look and they will do everything they can to make it happen. They had so much decor to choose from that we only had to add touches that we felt added to our story and theme. They also contacts with so many amazing vendors (both those included in their all inclusive package and outside it) and we couldn't have been happier with all our options! The on site getting ready spaces made it so easy to keep to our timeline and cut down on my stress for everyone arriving on time. Come ceremony time everything went just as I would have hoped. Huge shout out to Jeremy, who we worked with throughout the entire process and even toured with, as he kept anticipating all our possible needs, wants, and kept things running extremely smoothly! We 100% recommend Baker's Ranch for weddings as we could not have had a more magical day! Thank you all for all you do to make each wedding as perfect as possible!

If you have the budget and want a planning process that doesn’t take over your life, then bakers ranch is the way to go. You get to feel like a bride and select from a range of vendors, decor options, themes and ideas, without having to do all the keg work yourself. Jeremy was truly phenomenal, such a pleasure to work with and so friendly! Our day was perfect and I would change a thing. The only thing is make sure you communicate with the team and have an understanding of what is included and what will be an up charge. Overall our day was everything we could have dreamed of.

I recently attended a wedding at this venue and everything was so nice, from the beautiful ceremony, photos ops, dinner, and dancing! The only thing I have to complain about were the chiggers and bugs that bit me while I was here. I woke up the next day with several bites. Everything else was perfect!

Bakers Ranch was beyond incredible to work with for our dream wedding! We were married on 7/2/2022 and the whole team was just amazing. Everyone was so kind and friendly to work with - any questions we had, they were answered and taken care of! Special shout out to Jeremy though - he ended up being our day of coordinator and we met with him during our final walkthrough! He is so professional and really made our day so special. A few key notes for fellow couples considering Bakers Ranch - be sure to be 100% clear communicating any and all wants, they will be sure to accommodate. From experience though it just makes it much easier for both you and the BR team to deliver if you both are on the same communication wavelength. Additionally, going into the design session I was under the impression there would be more of a décor selection when it came to chargers, real candles, etc. - there wasn't, and that's okay since I ended up bringing in my own however I just was under the impression I'd have several options to choose from and there were only a couple choices. One last piece of feedback I'd like to share is that I wish sometimes we would've been able to communicate directly with their vendors from the get-go - I understand that it is part of the appeal of "all-inclusive" and not having to deal with them but for example, with our florist, I wish I would have been able to work with them directly from the beginning since that is such a specific design component. Otherwise, no complaints at all from this fabulous team! If we could have our day over and over again, I would choose Bakers Ranch each and every time :)

We had a spectacular wedding as we always dreamed of. Our wedding planner Alexis is unique, attentive, professional. Always pending to all the details, so that everything would be beautiful. A place where you have it all. Highly recommended for a stress-free wedding.

My husband and I are constantly on the go. With such busy lifestyles, planning a wedding seemed like a long-shot. Bakers Ranch took much of the headache out of a beautiful, but typically stressful time. They were very communicative, professional, and timely. They tailored everything precisely to our requests and made suggestions when need be. We couldn’t have done it without them and are so grateful to them and our vendors who helped it all come together. The night turned out perfect- exactly what we envisioned!

This experience has been so amazing. We met with the staff on a whim and were greeted with smiles and an impromptu walk through of the venue. We quickly signed the contract once we realized that everything would be planned for us and we just had to show up! Our coordinator, Jeremy did everything with a great sense of humor and lots of patience with our lack of wedding knowledge. It rained the day of the wedding and the venue prepped a different site that was just as gorgeous as the first. If you want a beautiful and stress-free experience, pick Baker's Ranch!

We had such an amazing wedding day. Melissa was our planner, and her the team did a phenomenal job bringing my ideas and vision to life. Our guests are still talking about how much fun our wedding was. They loved the outside lights at night. Missy also did an amazing job during reception. Everything at bakers ranch was absolutely perfect from the start. Wedding planning can be very stressful, but all the staff made it seamless so that my husband and I were able to enjoy the planning process! There are honestly no words to describe the experience I had with Bakers Ranch. Since day one of signing the contract, they had been so accommodating and helpful with the whole journey. The detail and effort the put into planning my wedding, you would think I was family, and that's exactly how they make you feel. They made sure we had everything covered to have the most perfect day possible. They abide by a very well-organized timeline and send you reminders on things you may need to get done. The décor meeting and walk through are so much fun! They are very quick to respond to phone calls and emails during operating hours. I cannot thank the Baker’s Ranch day- of team, Jeremy, Jac, and especially Melissa enough. Of course, Mother Nature couldn't help but to rain on my parade (yes, I know its apparently good luck). Melissa and the team were so quick on their feet with absolutely everything, they had plan B, C, and a plan D lined up for whatever was thrown our way. Everything was executed flawlessly, and the best part is they made sure that I did not stress out about it. They were always onboard and honest with my ideas, and really made my dream wedding, come to life, even with the rain. I really do need to give a special shout out to Melissa, she was at my side when I didn’t even know I needed her. She was attentive, graceful, and just a god sent on my special day. Thanks so much to everyone, as the mother of the bride I must say after doing weddings myself (florist only), this was the best experience you could have. Everything and everyone was over the top and so professional. Alexis was on point with everything. All the vendors were fantastic. The day was flawless, I couldn’t believe that everything was PERFECT! If you want the perfect wedding, look no further, Bakers Ranch is the place to get married. The grounds are just beautiful from end to end. You won’t be disappointed. They take all the stress off of you so you can relax and enjoy your big day with all of your loved ones.

We originally had our wedding scheduled for the week the pandemic hit and had to reschedule a few times. Bakers Ranch was very accommodating and worked with us to find a new date that worked for us. During this time, there was some turnover in staff and while we were sad to see our original planners leave, the new planners we worked with, Alexis and Jeremy, stepped right in and took great care of us! The staff we worked with on the day of our wedding were amazing! Melissa was there for set up and she paid attention to every little detail and the décor was exactly how we had envisioned it. Alexis ran an extremely smooth ceremony and reception and she made everything so stress-free for us! After planning our wedding for over 3 years thanks to Covid, the staff at Bakers Ranch made the entire process so easy and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants an amazing wedding experience! All of our guests had a wonderful time and everyone complimented how beautiful everything was and how well everything ran. We had the best night and could not have asked for anything better! Wow, this was the wedding of our dreams! Thank you to all of the staff that helped make our wedding day so perfect. And thank you Melissa and Jeremy for all your help leading up to our big day. I loved how easy they made it for us planning our wedding. We loved the atmosphere of the venue, the vendors that had for food and cake and DJ, and how they accommodated to everything we wanted. My husband and I had such a great time. The entire staff at Bakers are very professional and very nice. The entire process from beginning to end was flawless and they made sure we were on top of every step on this wedding; every month they send you a to do list and you use it as a checklist to keep you organized. The staff was 5 stars, they are very professional and took such a good care of us the day of the wedding. Shoutout to Missy and Jeremy the were amazing!!! The venue was beautiful and the decorations and vendors they work with were amazing! Very very happy!!!

Baker's Ranch was the perfect venue for our son's wedding. From the thoughtful planning months in advance, down to the final details the day of...everything was wonderful. Some highlights include the onsite bridal suite and grooms cave, gorgeous scenery for morning, afternoon, and evening photos, and our onsite coordinator Alexis. The family and guests had a wonderful time and were very impressed with the set-up, food, bar, etc. And Alexis was there for anything we needed from the moment we arrived until everyone departed.
