For years I suffered with what I believe to be folliculitis of the scalp accompanied by excessive hair loss. Very uncomfortable and very distressing! I have tried so many things with no significant or lasting results. Your products were just one more attempt to find a solution. And actually you provided the solution before I began to use the products (shampoo and serum)! Here's the story: I have curly hair and keep it short. After shampooing, I would always let my hair air dry. Because of a tight curl, my scalp stayed damp and warm for a long time. Before I began to use the serum, I watched the video and realized that what I'd been doing wrong was the air drying! All these years I thought I was doing a good thing for my scalp and hair by not using a blow dryer but NO DOUBT, that is what was causing the folliculitis! I then discovered plenty of confirming information on-line. I found a good hair dryer (low EMF) with a diffuser and almost immediately the condition improved. With the addition of daily use of the serum, the problem has completely resolved and the hair loss is minimal. My scalp feels wonderfully normal! My hair is already much improved in appearance and feels thicker--and soon will be. I'm just so impressed with Collective Labs--for the quality of the products AND the excellent, new information I've learned about hair care in the emails I've been receiving. Money well-spent! Thank you so much.

Quality ingredients

Product seems to have improved hair quality but I'm not confident of any new growth. I have been using the product morning and evening for 4+ months. I have also been using the shampoo and conditioner weekly for about 2 months. I have also used the recommended castor oil. I feel as if I have been pretty patient and will be giving it another month. For the price, I hope to see slightly better results.
