I very much enjoy the shakes and bowls. There is a wide variety and pretty much every flavor I have tried has been yummy! The best part is that they are delivered weekly to my door and all I have to do is heat them up!

I have enjoyed every meal I have tried from Splendid Spoon. I love the smoothies and appreciate that all of the food is nutritious, ready to drink / easy to heat up, and comes in recyclable containers. I also like that it's easy to choose my smoothies and meals each week and make certain meals unavailable to me if I don't like them or have food restrictions. I don't have the time to cook at home, so Splendid Spoon is convenient and I can feel good about the food I'm eating to nourish my body.

Splendid spoon has been great! I’ve been consistently ordering for about 2 months now and the smoothies are just so good. I love that I can change my order up weekly to try different flavors, and I always look forward to my morning smoothie. Highly recommend!

I am very happy that a signed up for Splendid Spoon. The food is both healthy and very good. Well balanced food with good flavor, but not loaded with salt like many prepared foods. Having 10 meals a week delivered right now is life changing.

We have loved the product overall. A few of the meals have been a bit bland. We love the wellness shots. Maybe a few more juice options in addition to smoothies.

Love the convenience of healthy and tasty and fast meals. Everything is surprisingly satisfying (did keto before so this is very different). Customer service has always been quick and helpful. I only find myself skipping a few now because I’m home and like cooking when I can; when I was in the office I really looked to these as a primary source of food and expect I will again.

I was receiving Splendid Spoon before the pandemic, and was very happy to have easy, delicious options for breakfast and lunch. They are filling and I stopped snacking! After the shutdown of so many restaurants, I now like Splendid Spoon as an alternative to having to cook. At first glance, you might wonder about the prices but as I explained to my husband, if I were to buy all of the ingredients for each of these dishes, it would cost way more. This way we can each get the meal we feel like eating and we don't have to go to the grocery store. My college age daughter is home now and she loves them, too. I also appreciate that all of the packaging is recyclable.
