Splendid Spoon is AMAZING! I signed up because my work schedule is too busy to allow time to cook healthy meals. SS solved that for me. The smoothies and bowls are delicious and convenient. I love how SS is always creating new flavors, as well! The website is super user friendly and my deliveries are always on time. Only once have I had a problem with the accuracy of my order and SS responded to me immediately and credited my account for the errors. Their customer service felt personal and individualized; I felt truly valued as a customer. I cannot say enough positive things about Splendid Spoon. I wish I had discovered it sooner!

I am very satisfied with my experience: especially the ability to choose meals, easily cancel when need to (single person household), add ingredients to my bowls, the variety of ingredients and nutrition the bowls afford. Sometimes look at other plans, but always decide to stay with Sledid Spoon.

Love the smoothies and the noodles!

I like Splendid Spoon. I just wish there were more selections without citric acid and MSG loaded nutritional yeast, and canola oil. A little bit cleaner. Their new noodle bowls sound like a good addition (except for the bad stuff in them) but you have to order 5 of them. Who wants to eat noodles all week? It would be better if they included the noodles into the bowl selections. It would also be better if they moved the detox soups into the bowl category so I can order some of them but not all of them. The website I find alittle funky. I thought I made my selections last week but somehow ended up with them selecting. I wish they would have an email confirming the new selections that you picked the day before the due date. Also it would be nice if people could rate a selection so it would be easier to choose.

I've been a Spooner for a couple years & have loved everything about it. I eat plant based and this is great food. Only had one broken container and it was credited. My coworkers always say "that smells so good" and it is!

I’ve never been disappointed. I love the bowls and the smoothies. Anytime there was a problem with a shipment being short items or some of the bowls being damaged, I’ve been immediately credited. Keep up the good work and I look forward to your ever increasing line of healthful and tasty bowls and smoothies!

Love Splendid Spoon! Shipping was always on time before Covid, and now, if they expect delays, they keep me informed. Either way, the bowls arrive in great condition, still frozen. Anytime I have a question, they respond quickly and thoroughly. Besides the great service... the food is healthy and delicious!

I have been using Splendid Spoon for about 2 years now, and I love the selection and convenience. I am lousy at meal prepping, and having a large variety of fresh, healthy soups and grain bowls to take to work for lunch makes my life so much easier. Yes, they are more expensive than canned soups, but they are SO much tastier and filled with nutritious ingredients and fiber. The smoothies are also delicious and make breakfast on the go so simple. I love that they periodically come out with new seasonal meals. They are well packaged and insulated in recyclable materials, and thankfully the Fed-Ex service is pretty good in my area. The customer service is the best. I have not had issues, but I can see on their Facebook group how responsive they are to help "make it right" if a customer has a problem. Lastly, I love supporting a woman owned/founded company!

So easy and great quality

I had always been reluctant to try a meal plan. After a few failed attempts with others, I tried Splendid Spoon hoping it would work for me for at least a little while. I have to say there isn't a single menu item I don't like. I have my favorites, but they are all delicious and filling. It's been over a year now that I have been enjoying my smoothies, soups, and bowls. And in this time of uncertainty, it has been a great comfort knowing that I can rely on my weekly deliveries.

I love the new packaging, and the order speed. The selection is hard for me. I can’t digest chickpeas, zucchini and yellow squash. Also in general I cannot do beans. The new grain bowls are awesome for this reason. Sometimes the seasoning is too heavy as well making me have a surplus of soups in the freezer that I don’t eat frequently. The lemon seasoned items have been a game changer.

Splendid spoon meals are delicious. I enjoy them three - fours times per week. It’s a healthy,delicious and easy option for my busy work day

Love Splendid Spoon! I am a big fan of the soups and always have them in the freezer. They are my go-to lunch. They are healthy and delicious. I find that most pre-made soups (even the ones at “healthy” stores) are over-salted and have a certain commercial taste that makes them unappealing. My favorite Splendid Spoon soups taste much more homemade and actually feel nurturing to eat. My husband is a big fan of the breakfast smoothies. The boxes always arrive intact and cold.

Appreciate the environmentally-friendly packaging that comes each week. I love the food and the health benefits.

Really enjoy the service. Only wish I could order more than 7 drinks a week because they are so tasty. Food comes to me cool still after being mailed 2 days earlier. After trying other food delivery websites, I find the site is easy to modify my weekly orders.
