Excellent/competitive product offers and services

OwnUp offers a nice package for first time homebuyers - you get to shop around for lenders, you get connected to realtors, and you get great guidance from people like Jenn Nketia, my OwnUp representative. I think in a market like this it's hard to know if you're getting the absolute best rate (OwnUp showed me 5 options). That is of course OwnUp's customer promise and the only reason I gave four stars. That said, my lender, NJ Lenders, gets great reviews, moved super quickly and did their best to meet my timeline and had also had a service to help homebuyers who are moving across state lines sign up for utilities etc in their new location. So basically I connected with the entire homebuyers ecosystem through OwnUp. Very efficient overall.

My husband and I used Own Up to find the best financing option for us when we bought our first home this year. Olivia was extremely helpful and got us an amazing rate. Even our realtor was very impressed we were able to get the rate we did. Olivia also helped us through the entire application process when we had questions.

Great service

This is now the fourth time we have used OwnUp to finance a purchase- they are able to find the most competitive rates and are very transparent- real problem solvers! Jenn Nketa has been great to work with- quoting various products and rates in a very challenging environment.

The whole process was very smooth. This is our second time using OwnUp, both times have been excellent. Brenna was always very responsive and terrific help, particularly when we needed something last minute on a Sunday. She went above and beyond.
