Own Up made the whole process of selecting a lender and applying for a mortgage on our new home purchase simple, easy and understandable. Everything worked smoothly in getting all the documents together digitally and uploading them to the lender to meet our closing date in January 2024. The rate, fees and points from the Own Up lender (mutual of Omaha) were well below what we could get from other lenders, like the major banks and local mortgage brokers in Washington state. We saved several thousand dollars on fees and the thirty-year mortgage annual interest rate was 0.625% less than the other lenders quoted us. The title company was also easy to work with.
