The poor workers today had to print off 5 different price changes within the 30 minutes I was in the store? How can a company this old still be having these problems? I called about a pair of Hey Dude shoes. Brittany was amazing. i called on Thursday and ordered the shoes. I wasnt expecting them until next week. I received them today. i was so thrilled with such a quick turn around. Btittany did a wonderful job. If i need anymore shoes i will definitely call Brittany and Shoe Sensation in Grundy. My husband and I stopped in the Sulphur Springs, TX Shoe Sensations store yesterday. We wanted to buy some Hey Dudes, since it was tax free weekend. Boston immediately greeted us and offered to help us. After my husband found his shoes, he got Boston to come over to see if he could find his size. Since they didn't have them, Boston offered to order them for us. I also had to do the same thing for my shoes. When we got to the register, before the final transaction, I asked about a military discount. Liz immediately came over, and cancelled the first transaction so that we could get out military discount. Both of these employees went above and beyond to help us from the moment we stepped in the store to the time we walked out. Liz and Boston should be commended for going above and beyond to help us and to have a friendly, pleasant attitude through it all. Love this store and their employees!!

My elderly mother is bent over from Parkinson disease. Each time I take her to the Bedford, Indiana store, the sales ladies are soooo very nice and helpful. They have patience and take time with her while still attending to the other customers. My mother and I appreciate them so very much. (And, I hear them being just as nice and sweet to the other customers.)
