No signs on the doors saying they are closed and when they open!!! Walked inside and no one was even around for me to ask them so I assumed they were open and they di not even know I was in there!!!

Robin and Connie both went up and above their call of duty to meet our needs in a professional and positive manner. Their smile was fantastic and they have such wonderful and positive attitudes towards the customers. They greet you and make you feel really happy that you came into shoe sensation. 7-3-25 my husband and I took our 9 year old granddaughter, who lives with my us, to buy tennis shoes. We are in our 70s and needed help fitting our girl in the Converse high tops she wanted. The lady working took such good care of us and even told us about the sale they had. Our granddaughter got her Converse and a new pair of Crocs. I also found my husband a great pair of sandals on sale. I will definitely be taking our granddaughter back. It was refreshing to find a salesperson who knows how to talk to a nine year old like the young lady she is. I think she has made our Sophia a loyal Shoe Sensation shopper.

Product was delivered to the wrong address very unsatisfied.

I bought a new pair of walking shoes from shoe sensation. A huge mistake! They came damaged ( the heels were bent in and I could not get the shoe on. After my daughter and I worked on it for a while they were a little better, so I thought I would give them a try. I was worried because they do not take returns if you wear them, but I figured since they were damaged I would still be able to return them if they didn't work. The entire walk I had to step carefully so they would stay in place. The next day I tried to put them on again and the heels folded back down and my foot would not go in. After looking at them again, it is obvious they were not made correctly and there is nothing to keep the heel up. I sent them back explaining this, and being honest about wearing them once to give them a try but two weeks later they sent them back to me with a note that they can not return worn shoes. Why can't they return shoes that were never right in the first place? I will never buy from them again and I wish I could give them 0 stars.

No only was there customer service horrendous, but the man in there was just rude . I went to the one in marion and it was just ridiculous. If i could leave a 0 star i would .

Went in today to get shoes for my granddaughter. I have purchased the shoe insurance and they said policy’s changed and would not exchange shoes for me as they did two previous times with no problems. This is why I continued to pay for the extra insurance… lady that worked there had horrible customer service skills and was rude. I will not ever go in there again… Amazon online for the win. Too bad because I enjoy supporting brick and mortar businesses. Kids are hard on shoes so they lost a lot of business!

The Piqua, OH location was extremely welcoming and had amazing assistance with finding shoes for me! It was a quick process and I was able to be comfortable and talk with the staff! They are friendly and personable!

The woman at the Little Falls, MN store that assisted me on Sunday, March 2, 2025 did a great job at helping me find the exactly right shoes for me!

Used to work there , never got asked to work always got told they couldn’t give me any hours but had people younger than me working there and they had more hours than I did . Took me out of the system without notifying me.

I went to the Clinton MO store to buy sandals. Very nice store and the selection of shoes was very good. I bought a nice pair of sandals for a very reasonable price. Customer service was very good and the store was very clean. Along with being organized neatly. If you haven't been in to see the selection, Please go see for yourself!

I was in the Bowling Green store. Sandy was so helpful. She offered to order a pair of shoes for me that were not available in my size. She is even shipping them to my house. It’s nice to see great customer service still exists

I bought a pair of these mid high boots,I recommend not buying them they look nice but are very cheap made ,at shoe sensation they only have them in wide width so not comfortable at all and mine aren't 2 months old and the instep piece in the Arch of the boot broke and bruised my foot really bad

Purchased 2 pairs of shoes had to bring one back for a return had to make 2 trips at 60 miles per trip no cash in the till 1st trip 2 trip the store only had small bills drive to Appleton or Greenbay try Rogans This place is not wirth the time to stop at
