Shipping from Japan to USA is not instantaneous, but it was prompt. This particular shipment was held in Customs for 3 weeks after arriving in the USA. The company helped get it through, for which I am grateful

I bought a knife from the Hochoknife website, but unfortunately, it arrived with a defect. I reached out to their customer service several times and never got a reply. I’m really disappointed with the lack of response and support after the purchase. Overall, it was not a good experience, and I wouldn’t recommend buying from this site until they improve their customer service.
