I’m not loving them because I still have not received them. I ordered in September, the shipment was fast only it was delivered to someone else and I never received them. The replacement order started on October 2nd and although it shows delivered in an email provided by Inito or Shopify, it wasn’t delivered… the tracking number says that it was forwarded. The odd thing is the on our USPS app it shows that there was Primo Tequilla being delivered to our house - my husband and I rarely drink especially as we’re trying to conceive, and if we did it wouldn’t be tequilla… but it had the same tracking number as my testing strips… so clearly there was a mistake. Now, the fact that the post office is forwarding it tells me the mistake was caught on yours or Shopify’s end… no doubt because someone opened their package thinking it would be some good liquor and instead it’s hormone test strips 😆 BUT you have not informed me of what’s going on! So I’ve been getting all these automated emails saying “it’s delivered!” “How are you loving it!” When in fact I would appreciate a resolution or courtesy call instead. ESPECIALLY since these strips are used to take tests on specific days and time is of the essence. Sorry someone’s tequilla was delayed, but you can get wasted anytime… delaying my strips is prolonging my family from starting… so for that you get one star.

It helps track hormone levels

Even though I haven’t gotten a positive result yet, Inito has helped me truly understand how my hormones work day by day. At first, the price seemed high, but now I think it’s absolutely worth it. Getting these kinds of daily hormone tests at a lab would cost at least three times more, so the value really makes sense.

After placing my order, I realized that the address was wrong. The company informed me that I would need to take it up with the shipping company, so I did and got the delivery canceled. Inito then emailed me to let me know that it "had" been delivered and that they would do nothing to help me. Now it's been about 3 weeks and I have no hope of receiving my strips and am out a good amount of money. What a waste of my money and time. Super disappointed.

Hi Inito Team, So I needed to get a clip that worked with my new iPhone 16 Pro Max and I had to go and buy the clip for the 14 pro max because it was bigger in size than the new phone. And it did work. My point of this is I had to go and do the search to try to figure out which one I can work with until you get something out. Maybe your team should add some notes regarding best sizes for different models, specially new phone models.

Test strips are a waste of money. They are not accurate compared to blood values- waste of money and they are super expensive.

I haven’t been very happy with Inito. This was my first cycle using it and I am pregnant but the whole time after I ovulated the app kept saying waiting for PDG to rise and then it said I had an anovulatory cycle likely. Which isn’t the case because I’m pregnant. I think it’s expensive and not accurate.
