The hair quality is excellent. I just wished you had more texture for some of my other clients. I also have found that the cylinders for the weft are way to small so I exchange them out for larger ones.

I love the quality of the hair. The customer service department has been wonderful. I got a personal call because part of my order was out of stock. They gave me the option to get it when it comes in or get a refund. They were very friendly. I was highly impressed with them being able to pull up my order as quickly as they did.

Got certified in all 4 extensions. Courses were good I wish they had mor education on placement especially with k and I tip. They also promoted my first hair order to be half of and no where at any point did I see that was only good for the first $1000 so that was a bummer considering I had a very large order. Hair seems to be good quality but the curls fall out after a couple washes.

We started using dreamcatchers hair earlier this spring since we were having issues with our previous line Bellami with consistency issues and quality. I heard nothing but amazing things about dreamcatchers hair and their education. Off the bat I will tell you the hair is amazing. It holds color (even vibrant colors) so good and it doesn’t knot up immediately when it gets wet like other brands. We did an in person class for 2 of the methods and our educator Katie was awesome. She was super nice and had so much knowledge on the hair and different methods. Since we’ve already been certified in another brands it was pretty easy to get the hang out dreamcatchers install methods and she even showed us some extra methods for installs as well. I did online for the remainder 2 methods and the online training was the best I’ve used. It is extremely detailed and they walk through EVERYTHING with you. You have to submit photos to get the official certificate which I appreciate. Overall I would say our experience with dreamcatchers has been pretty good. The only con I have to say is that the customer service isn’t that great and a little frustrating. We contacted them on hosting a install class at our salon and getting one of their educators to come out to us. It probably toke over a month to even get a response before they told me I had to email someone higher up to actually get it scheduled. We emailed I sent over a span of 2 months worth of dates that could work for us (but was open to having other days) and I never heard anything back. I emailed and caller multiple times. It was a pretty disappointing because we really loved our educator and wanted that hands on training but I guess that isn’t as much of a priority. Overall I would say we are really enjoying the hair and the education but the customer service does need to be a little better.
