My original purchase were too small, but the return process was easy to follow, and received exchanged boots promptly.

Baffin is an excellent company to deal with. The boots arrived before the expected date and the return process was straight forward and fast. The anatomical feel of the boot seems to be without a good arch support. The last needs improvement to contour better to the natural structure of a person foot.
