Acon is always responsive to emails and phone calls. We love our Acon 16' rectangular trampoline - it's growing with the kids - who are now teenagers!

I have tried several different brands of trampoline pads. None of them hold up for even one seasons. Several only hold up for 2 or 3 uses. Acon’s are durable, and safer for my kids.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. My family purchased a trampoline from ACON and as two disabled Veterans, purchased the installation. We paid over $500. 00 for installation, the company no call, no showed us roughly six times now. Our trampoline is still in pieces and not put together. We have reached out to ACON MULTIPLE times and cannot get through to anyone and have left messages with the chat on their website and no one calls us back. This companies customer service is awful and so is their installation team. Shame on this company for leaving two disabled veterans with a product that’s in pieces and not seeking immediate resolution.

This is a great quality trampoline. We opted not to get the performance springs, and I’m honestly glad we didn’t due to the incredible bounce of the regular ones. My kids absolutely love it and use it every day—multiple times a day. My husband, brother and dad put it together in less than two hours. It did require a little bit of groundwork to level it but nothing too difficult or time consuming. Highly recommend!
