White glove delivery didn’t speak any English, did not review the remote or the workings of the table with us and forgot one of the feet on the bed that we had to have sent via FedEx in the following few days.

The ordering process was so easy. Delivery was super quick. Within days of receiving it, I dropped the remote and cracked the plastic piece that clips to the bed. They were so kind, and replaced it for free. The showroom is nothing short of amazing. Wonderful bed, wonderful company!
