I've enjoyed my purchases from Simple Elegance and was glad to see they had badge reels (needed for my new job). When I received it, I was a little skeptical because part of the construction was plastic and not metal. But I've been very impressed with the quality, and I expect it to last as long as my other Simple Elegance items. The spool is smooth and responsive, the cord is strong, the clip is secure, and the entire reel is lightweight to wear. I'm glad I didn't judge the item by its plastic, it's a quality item.

Works great for storage. Wish there was one about half this size for travel.
