Plants are looks very good and very healthy, I recommend please order plants in Aqua By Nature, the price is also looks cheap and huge variety of plants. I have order few aquatic plants which I received after 5 days though parcel reached my city with in 3 days but delivery got delayed coz of public holiday. The customer service is very nice,they immediately replied to my emails regarding the delivery inquiry. The packing was really good,i received all the plants healthy and green.

Superb service. Ordered plants, initially i was worried as it was online and how it will be delivered. Whats app chat support helped me to order with confidence. Thought less plants will be shipped and it will not be sufficient but what i got was a surprise. More plants and all are fresh plants and it was delivered as promised. I was setting up a planted tank, But finding aquarium plants in India is not easy. Especially, the one you need. Local shops are always crap. Finally, I found aquabynature. Excellent, plants selection, also nicely sorted, so you know, what you need.

I bought B2N plant tweezers and sand spade, the quality is undoubtedly the best. I used a variety of tweezers but the grip of b2n is beyond compare for planting.

Think all the 5 star reviews would sum up the great work done by aqua by nature. I am a regular customer for the past 2 years. Recently transport charges have dropped considerably making it much more cheaper. Really appreciate the professionalism as the plants r always in top condition and arrive promptly. Kudos.

I'm a beginner in the fish keeping hobby and setting up my first tank. I placed my order for plants with a little a bit of apprehension and I wasn't sure how this will all play out. Order was shipped promptly as promised, but there was a mess up with my shipment as it was mis-routed by the courier service. When I got this to their attention, the customer service I received was just exemplary. They quickly followed up with the courier company and got this resolved. Part of my shipment was lost in transit by the courier service and they immediately shipped replacements. All this while, their customer support team was constantly updating me with the current status of my order. When I received my shipment, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the plants and the packaging.The plants arrived fresh, healthy and snail free. This was my first deal with you guys and am more then happy with my purchase. Best part which I found was the offline communicator that you guys have is not some thing which is just there to showoff...
