Quality and genuine after sales support
I am most pleased with the quality of the monitor stands from this company. Being an IT professional I have used many options in my career and most are either very industrial or the desk mount starts to bend forward after a certain period of time. The ThingyClub mounts deliver aesthetics and durability. The design of the arms is ergonomical and the up-down position allows many options to tricky office needs. I lost a part during moving home, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that promptly the company directed me to the link to buy the part I needed. Most (if not all) companies of such products dont offer that facility, mainly because they are mass imports and dont have a real brand. Finally, the cost of the part was absolutely sensible, and given the quality of the part and total pieces included, a sale at cost and a genuine demonstration of respect to the customer. Keep up the excellent work.

the double arm arrived swiftly. it was easy to mount and fits perfectly for my purpose. I need the second arm for placing a laptop not a second monitor, so I asked the customer care for advice. the company sent me a laptop plate for free!

The pad's a snug fit, and the frame is very stable on the work top, and makes it comfortable to use at an angle. A good product.

Mount stand accessory fantastic
For Christmas I received a dual arm thingy I was very impressed with it's sturdy construction and great finish. It was very easy to mount and use. How ever I didn't have an additional monitor as all mine where already wall mounted. I wanted to be able to have my laptop on one and my Wacom companion on the other. How ever the box didn't come with two mounts :(. I looked online on there page and alas I couldn't find just that accessory. I dropped a call to your help line and they where great understood the part I needed. I received a link to where the part was listed and boom problem solved. Three days later my part arrived and my office was complete. Great product great help team and a very happy customer:)
