I bought this because I have been involved in a raw food course and this melanger is the one they use to make raw chocolate plus nut and seed butters. When I first used it I was a bit frightened of it because it is quite heavy. Also I had not tightened the knobs on either side properly and when I switched it on the drum tilted forwards. Fortunately it was empty. Anyway, I have now used it for chocolate and nut butters. I really love this machine and think it is very reasonably priced compared to some I have seen. It is quite noisy but not at the level of say a food processor or blender. I have left it on overnight and could hear it upstairs from one room (my house isn't the biggest in the world ) but I'm not doing that all the time. It is a heavy item and you need to be mindful of that all the time I think and be careful washing it.. Having said that I am really happy with my purchase and would recommend it. Also arrived in super fast time considering it came from India

Very compact and easy to handle. Runs pretty silently too. At full capacity, it takes about 30 mins for the rice and urad dal (for dosa). On the whole very satisfied.

1.Low weight, 2.easy to handle the two stone and comfort, 3.it is almost the size of a mixie, 4.it grind faster.... 5.outer product quality is good

I bought a mixie and grinder through them. The mixie jar started getting stuck from day 2 onwards and tried to contact them but no response. A global mobile support number is provided by this goes to one called Bala in Australia who never picks up. The other number goes to US which a lady picks up and hangs and then goes to Lyca mobile. Go through the website and you will find nothing that mentions the returns and or refund process. They have a chat support and email but no one ever bothers to respond. Should have purchased all of these from amazon but didn't due to price difference of GBP 20 and now stuck with a liability of GBP 70 and time spent to track someone who doesn't seem bothered to respond, Don't use them. Too much agony and no support once sold. Stick to known marketplaces such as Amazon...

The worst online kitchen store. Showing products in stock, advsing cutomer it is out of stock after taking money, Then not giving full refund. I will not recomend this store to anybody.

I bought a Preethi mixer from buyindiankitchen. I was sent a defective product. I followed up a number of times but there was no response. I spoke to a representative through chat and I was told that they were having issues with their mail server and I would get a response by end of day. This was a week ago. Till now, there has been no response. I would not recommend buyindiankitchen unless you have an appetite for risk-taking.

Hi, I bought a Mixer and they sent a wrong one without having ignition light and no button in bottom, and used only twice and stopped working. I send many and many emails to customer support and they are not showing any interest to reply. Very very very poor support. If you want to save money, Please dont buy from this site, Thanks, VR
