Poor customer support
Ordered 2 pressure cooker from mix and grind and after paying when I checked it in ebay I found out 50$ less compared to mix and grind as well as cheaper in Amazon too. So to find out whether I can cancel my order, I messaged as well as mailed them but no reply yet. It's mistake from my side too, I ordered without checking other sites but atleast they should mail me back so that I can decide about the next step

0-star review *False Advertising: 3-Day Delivery a Lie* I'm writing this review to expose Mix and Grind's deceptive business practices. They claimed their product would be delivered in 3 days, but it's been over a month and I'm still waiting. The constant "next week" promises have become a joke. Unacceptable Experience Their false advertising and poor customer service are unacceptable. I demand better from companies I support. Rating 0/5 stars Advice to Others Avoid Mix and Grind at all costs. Their lies and incompetence are not worth the risk. Look elsewhere for your shopping needs.

Disappointing Customer Service and Unfulfilled Refund. Ref order #000002954
I purchased a Preethi mixer from Mix & Grind in December 2024. Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with the plastic quality, so I returned the product after confirming with their team that a refund would be processed if the product was unused and returned within 7 days. I returned the mixer by mid-December, unused and within the given timeframe. I received an email confirming that my refund would be processed between January 7th and 10th, but as of the end of January, I have yet to receive the refund. Despite sending several follow-up emails, I’ve received no response. The lack of communication and delay in processing the refund is incredibly frustrating, and I’m very disappointed with their customer service.

Zero customer service!
I bought roti maker but the plug that came with it started smoking in its first hand use. I contacted customer service through chat and email and they said they will get back to me shortly but never did. I sent them another email but no response as of yet. Hence one star for zero customer service and faulty product. Stay away from them.

It's been 10 days now and no one is contacting me and not even replying back on email, phone and messages. I don't know what to do. Can someone please help me to get my product?

I bought a Prestige Roti Maker5.0 from Mix and Grind, which the retail price is around 3000 INR and I paid around 180 AUS which is more than 9000 INR. When I done the order, I thought to get the item soon as its comes from Australian stock. As per the Mix and Grind website, I thought, they are stocking the items in Australia and they say the express delivery with in 3-7 days. These guys are still sending the items from India (Chennai) and 11 days still waiting, I haven’t received the item. NOT WORTH BUYING FROM MIX AND GRIND with triple the price tag, says FREE express delivery but it’s not. FAKE WEBSITE, TRIPLE PRICE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BETTER BUY FROM AMAZON OR EBAY, WHICH OFFERS LESS PRICE WHICH IS AROUND $110 AND FREE DELIVERY TOO. OR BUYING FROM INDIAN STORES. WAY CHEAPER.

Sumeet Mixie - a lemon; do not buy
We recently purchased (July 2021) Sumeet Asia Kitchen Machine AKM 3 Jar 750 Watt. The lid cracked in the first use, the motor has started spluttering and stopping, the company does not respond to emails and telephones, the Australian mobile number is not attended to. We are stuck with a circa AUD300 product that does not work and for which there is no recourse .

Premier Wet Stone Grinder
I am very impressed with this company and i never normally write reviews. My premier grinder was delivered quickly and without any trouble. It works perfectly. I have made 3 batches of chocolate now and have left the machine on for over 30 hours straight. No problems at all and the chocolate tastes great. Thanks a lot

Good mixer for Indian cooking
The mixer came well packaged. A UK adapter was fitted to the plug (as these are made for Indian power sockets) but with universal adaptor inside the box. The only reason for reducing 1 star is due to the noise that this mixer makes.

Got a good new undamaged product. Wet and dry grinding - standard nothing extraordinary. Juicer - super product. Impressed with coconut milk extraction. Master chef jar - impressed - been using onion chopper for chopping spinach varieties, beans,u can get only fine chops but preparation time is reduced and easy.

Excellent Mixer Grinder
I got the delivery on the Eve of Christmas .So within 3-4 days we made lots of use of Preethi Steele mixer grinder , to our entire satisfaction.We are yet to use it for juice making and butter making.I give my family's actual user thumbs up for this machine. I recd.the mixer in excellent condition as well.

Super powerful machine. But be careful, you and your kitchen can easily be covered in sauce - NEVER block the air hole on the top of the lids while you hang onto them to stop stuff flying everywhere. Needs more thought on how to deal with sealing and expansion gases! Saying that I like it, I just treat it with respect

very easy to clean
Have been using this product since 5 years..Absolutely convenient to use, very easy to clean, easy to take out the batter...pure granite stone...extremely good quality...idly and dosas come out so well...u will not regret if you go for it...awesome and a trouble free product...thanks to santha for providing such a wonderful product
