I had an issue with receiving an item I ordered. It was sent by Anthony’s promptly but not received by me for delivery by USPS in 10 days. Anthony’s immediately resent the item and I received two days later. Exceptional customer service. I should mention I reside in Florida. There should not have been an issue. Anthony’s was great!

I appreciate how easy it is to use your website. As a snowbird who is back up North for the summer, it's wonderful to be able to order from my favorite Florida store. The service has been wonderful and I've never been disappointed in the quality of the product.

I have to say that up to my last visit which was last week I have had great service. with my visit last week I was returning a pair of shorts that I purchased online the wrong size, the clerk helping me wasn't sure how to do the return since I didn't have my receipt so she asked Margarita which I assume is a manager to help her well not only did she not help her she was very ruled to the customers waiting on line by yelling why are you waiting there that's not the line! Well that's where the other clerk told us to wait. So this Margarita goes over to help the clerk helping me but then leaves before the transaction is finished so once again I'm waiting for Margarita to come back to help her. I have been in customer service for 28 years in a retail store and never would I treat my customers in this manner. I just feel as owners you need to know how your customers are being treated.

The order process was great. I had to do a few exchanges and India was super helpful.

I was never a fan of wearing dresses but this past spring I tried a dress on at Anthonys in Fort Myers Fl. and fell in love with it. The ladies that I was with encouraged me to buy it. Since then I have purchased two more dresses. Thank you Anthonys

I ordered on line two dresses my size varies from a large to extra large. I ordered the extra large and it was too big. The return on line was very easy and communication from Anthony’s was excellent!

I was very happy with the way my order by mail was handled. I had mistakenly order two articles of clothing in an incorrect siize. When asked how to remedy the situation, I was guided how to return the items for credit and told when to expect the correct ones. After I received my new items, I noticed on the packaging that items had been shipped from different Anthony stores. So appreciate the time and effort needed to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

I love the dresses from Anthony's. Well made, pretty fun fabrics. I wish they would been in some new 3/4 sleeve dresses. I've bought quite a few and love them all. Love the 3/4 sleeve as I'm older and don't like sleeveless at my age. Their customer service is great too. Highly recommend Anthony's.

Purchased items on line twice recently. Shipping fast and all items I purchased on sale. Found a few items by brand that I prefer...on sale! Everything arrived beautifully packaged as though I was at the boutique. Nice range of choices. Had a few questions ...customer service response time ... excellent.

I stumbled across Anthony’s when looking for pants in a specific brand, so I could get additional colors without having to search in stores. Not only did Anthony’s have what I was looking for, but the price was lower than on other sites. Shipping was super fast.

While I like the store and the sales people, some products are inferior. The problem is determining which products are going to give you a problem. I bought a Tribal Jeans top. Wore it twice, washed it twice, then noticed that it had developed numerous little holes on the front. I was able to return it for a store credit but the sales person was not happy about it. I have another Tribal Jeans top just like the other one. This one has not developed holes, but the navy blue dye bleeds onto the shorts I’m wearing with it (can’t get that discoloration out). So, I washed the top 2 more times hoping it would stop bleeding. It didn’t. Also bled onto my leather car seats.

We were in the Key Largo store this past week. The sales associate and manager were kind and friendly. They greated us when we walked in, asked if we needed assistance, and were helpful in locating sizes and styles. We've been to other Anthony's with no acknowledgement at all and certainly no interest in assisting customers. As a former women's retail clothing store manager, Key Largo provides wonderful customer service, is visually appealing, and willing to go the extra mule ensuring the xustomer is satisfied.

I was at anthonys apparel at 4919 Rattlesnake Hammock in Naples and bought 6 sale items one which had a stain and cost me $ 10 today washed the stain out and was amazed and so pleased with their sale items and customer service. i hope others go to that shop and i will tell friends about the great buys and selection. next time going to get a really nice outfit NOT ON SALE HA HA.
