the area near my knee was bothering me, felt inflamed, so instead of taking one, i doubled up - a.m. AND p.m. so i was giving myself a hefty dose but in less than 48 hours after taking it, the knee area pain was GONE...i don't mean better, i mean GONE. my husband then had some back issues - the middle back area and was uncomfortable so i suggested he do the same thing that i did - and again, in less than 48 hours - for him it was less than 24 - pain was gone....as he continues to take it, it stays away. I am very impressed with how True Veda packages their Organic Moringa product, beautifully designed and they use an amber glass bottle which protects the contents from harmful rays of light. I started taking Bacopa mainly to manage my (mild) anxiety, improve cognitive function and memory. It's been only 10 days but I feel like I'm already experiencing the benefits on some level. I really like that True Veda’s capsules contain a natural fusion extract with high Boswellic Acids (75%). Knowing that Boswellia contributes to the maintenance of normal joint flexibility, I was really needing this as I exercise heavily. I am looking forward to pairing this with collagen to see the effects on joints as this is something I’ve noticed has been impacted since hitting my 30s (increase of cracking joints paired with a reduction of flexibility). Can't wait to see the results.

The capsules are small enough to swallow with no problem, and have a pleasant smell. I’ve been taking one in the morning and one in the afternoon, and they really seem to be helping my memory and concentration.
