The scales I received were inconsistent with their weighing, particularly with small amounts (for my baking) so I would add a good 7 grams of yeast before it even registered on the scales. I contacted customer services who were prompt to respond, but thoroughly unhelpful. Eventually the scales ran out of charge and then wouldn't charge up again using the charging cable and customer service finally agreed a refund. I wouldn't buy from Zwilling again due to this experience.

I hate it when people write reviews based on the company as opposed to the item but this seems fitting. I placed an order with Zwilling for these and for the few pounds they charged I would have been happy.. Zwilling customer service were sooooo poor and so slow that when my parcel never arrived I had to go onto Amazon to order at double the price in order to receive them in time. They are thinner than I would have thought. And only 1 liquid stopper per box seems impractical. The concept behind them is great but I do not seem as though they will withstand the multiple uses. The containers however are fantastic!!

Zwei Schneidbretter Bambus 36 x 25,5 cm über einen Handelspartner vor 4 Wochen bestellt. Zwischenzeitlich wurden diese jeweils ca. 5 mal benutzt und ordnungsgemäß wie alle meine Schneidebretter gereinigt: Handwäsche, warmes Wasser, mildes Reinigungsmittel und zum trocknen senkrecht auf der Spüle plaziert. Keine Spülmaschine! Mit erschrecken musste ich nun feststellen, dass beide Schneidebretter Risse an den Seiten aufweisen. Ist dies die Qualität eines deutschen Premiumherstellers? Sicher nicht!
