I am not happy, I have not received my jacket. It was supposed to be delivered on Monday March 30, as per my message from UPS. It's April 4 and I have not received it.

Good price quick shipping

After purchase, I was sent a pop up from REBAG with the EXACT same Luis bag but for more than $1000. 00 less. I tried to contact Zulily to see if they might honor the lower price but there is no customer support working telephone number. It is merely an endless loop busy tone. There is no support line to communicate with a live person. Zulily has destroyed the trust established by a customer when making a large purchase. I will no longer purchase from this organization. Shame on you, Zulily.

One sandal strap is damaged. Looks like another hole was attempted to be placed and didn’t go all the way through plus the strap is cut. I have emailed Zulily customer support multiple times with no reply at all. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Shipping took 3 weeks to get to me. They say around for 2 weeks after the label was created and they were picked up.

I received the wrong pair of shoes. The items that I received in the mail, did not match the original description nor picture from the ordering website. Also, the shoe set in an initial shipping facility for over 15 days. Once II received the wrong pair of shoes. Once I paid for the item, the system indicated that I would receive it in 3 to 5 business days, but it was a 22 day process. I will not order from Zulily again. This was not a good experience.

The order took way too long, over 2 weeks, if not more to receive my order. I don't like the clogs now & regret purchasing them. Not worth it.
