Knives were securely packaged and I was notified when the knives were due to arrive. Customer service and the technical representative were excellent and knowledgable, when the blade would not fully deploy. I sent the knife back and the technical representative replaced the washers and T bar, even though he was not able to replicate my problem.

Reasonable in size, very sharp, and excellent quality. I had my knife engraved, and while I was initially a bit concerned about the quality of the engraving design, I was thoroughly pleased with every aspect when I received the knife. I really like the automatic function. One piece of constructive feedback: the packaging could have felt a bit more authentic, though this is a minor detail. Overall, I’m very happy with my ZT 0556.
