I have used this product for 8 years with good results. This review is based on the disregard of my concern to Zo customer service about my product turning dark chocolate brown with a bad odor before I was able to use it waiting for my 4-6 month break from the application. Their response was it can oxidize but it’s still ok to use. This is not the first time I have heard that Zo only wishes to sell the products and be recognized as a top distributor in the field of skin care. Part of that deal should be reciprocated to your loyal customers. I am extremely disappointed in your blatant lack of loyalty towards me and my years of spending money on your products.
