Started using ZO skin products almost a year ago. The gentle cleanser daily power defence and the sunscreen with primer are my daily go to products. The difference in my skin today is amazing. Thank you ZO for your great products

My sensitive skin loves ZO!
I’ve been using ZO products for almost two years. I’ve had so many issues with skin irritation from almost every prestigious brand. I tolerate these products well and find them exceptional for my hyperpigmentation. I use the vitamin C and BrightAlive for that. I also love the acne and complexion pads. I use the growth hormone eye product. And the primer with sunscreen is another favorite. And I also love the cleansers - I use the oil cleanser and the exfoliating cleanser. I use the polish occasionally.

Awful Customer Service
I ordered approximately $500 CAD worth of product online. This was my third time ordering from ZO online. I've found their products useful but expensive. My order was lost by the shipping company that ZO has contracted and the shipping company required ZO to contact them. I contacted their customer service promptly to relay this message and received no response until roughly two weeks later on a Saturday evening shortly after I filed a dispute with my credit card company that morning. I had attempted to get a hold of their customer service 5 separate times through 4 different avenues with no success. Their customer service will selectively answer questions, are generally vague, and have not offered to replace or refund the products that were lost by their shipping company. Despite asking multiple times, they have not answered what they need to happen for them to take action and refund or reship my order. They have not followed up with me. Considering the type of product they sell and the cost, I am shocked at how awful their customer service has been. I am so disappointed and will never order from ZO again and certainly would never recommend their company.

Lost Order with No Plan for Refund or Replacement
I have purchased ZO products online twice without difficulty. My most recent (third) order was lost by FedEx, the shipping company that ZO utilizes. Their customer service responded to my complaint following a week-long delay. There is no clear plan for refund or replacement of the items lost and despite asking what the requirements would be, customer service has failed to clearly answer. My order cost close to $500 CAD and in the best case scenario the investigation launched with FedEx will be completed over one month after the initial order was placed and based on my communication with the company there is no plan to refund or replace the items I ordered. The lack of adequate customer service from a "high-end" company was very surprising to me and I am very disappointed at how unhelpful they have. been. Please beware that there will be little to no follow-through if your order is "lost".
