It is rare to talk directly to the owner of a company--it is even more rare to get a personal video thanking me for buying her products. It really should be 5 stars. I am holding back because someone in quality control should have caught the packaging/sticker and corrected the error. I do love your homemade-ish food. Thank you for making food that I can eat.

It's all great. The review submission process is a little too big with too many questions and choices, e.g., diet and where we use the products. Plus it gets repetitive when you've ordered 3 dried fruits, love them all. What can you say but the same thing over again?
