Beautiful product and well presented in a well-padded shipping sleeve. The item was shipped quickly and came before the allocated time. However, the gift box, which was paid for as an added extra, was flimsy and came damaged so think again before paying for a gift box!!

Service with Zo' was great, they are super helpful and were able to see from our order that it was companies we were purchasing these for, they offered to put the logo of our clients on the glassware and they turned out great.
