I ordered a wet suit, which did not fit, I returned it and ordered a bigger size. Perfect, until my first swim, when the buoyancy made it impossible to swim in my usual style. I looked to return it as it wasn’t suitable, but was told I could not because it had been worn, and their returns policy states only unused items can be returned ( something any customer would be unaware of until they came to return something). After several frustrating emails, the company however agreed that wetsuits could not properly be tested without getting in the water, but still refused to accept the return, suggesting that I attend one of their demo events in the future ( not helpful). I suggested that they could use returned once used wetsuits in their demo sessions, but was ignored. How a company can sell wetsuits, openly admitting that they can only really be tested in water, refuse to accept a return if it’s not suitable after being tested in water? This company point blank refused to help me as a customer, and as a result I have an expensive wetsuit that I cannot use, and cannot get a refund or exchange.

From your measurements I ordered XS , they were tight so sent them back for a small and still very tight so sent them back for a refund , difficult to get on

Very pleased with the cap for long hair I ordered. Quality is good. I used it yesterday for the first time and only the edges of my hair got wet. Highly recommended and I will buy from Zone 3 again.

Ordered two pairs of shorts knowing one would be too small or big. Easy to send item back, and my buoyancy shorts I have are amazing. Slightly better than my Huub ones. Deffo recommend.

Zone 3, especially Adam who helped me, have got their customer service down to a welcome art. I had an issue with my fit and reluctantly used their chat box to raise a concern. Within minutes, Adam had replied and helped me get to where I needed to be with the fot of my wet suit. The one I had purchased didnt fit quite right, but with not much effort on my part to return it and lots of support from Adam, I look forward to ordering a different model in a different size.
