Zone 3, especially Adam who helped me, have got their customer service down to a welcome art. I had an issue with my fit and reluctantly used their chat box to raise a concern. Within minutes, Adam had replied and helped me get to where I needed to be with the fot of my wet suit. The one I had purchased didnt fit quite right, but with not much effort on my part to return it and lots of support from Adam, I look forward to ordering a different model in a different size. Collected a rental wetsuit on morning of Swim Serpentine. It fitted perfectly. I had a great swim, finishing First in my Age Group 75-79. My Daughter had a great swim. Originally she hired a Wetsuit from Zone3 but decided to rescind this and use a wetsuit sent to her in advance. Zone3 refunded her original £30 Deposit immediately. Great service! Impressed!
