Really helpful customer service support when I asked some advice on which suit to buy and returns process for the suit I didn’t need was super speedy!

These gloves are great and the long cuffs really secure them to your arm. They fit well and don’t fill with water. I find wearing them over my wetsuit works best

We visited the zone 3 stand at Swim Serpentine. Unfortunately we had to order T-shirts as no additional stock. (Our mistake not Zone 3) We made the effort of bringing 4 wetsuits especially to the Zone 3 recycling drop zone. (All Zone 3 wetsuits) But just got told to put them in a box. We thought it was a bit under appreciated. Especially as we had carried them 130 miles on the train to make a conscious decision to recycle them. The wetsuits available on the stand were very limited. But it was towards the end of the day.

True to size and comfortable to swim in. Perfect for my first 5 km sea swim event.
