Shipping was fast, and they were able to ship the two shorts I purchased on different days. I had sent them a message and they took care of it. 9 inch shorts fit perfectly and zipper was very smooth to use.

Easy accessibility

Everything arrived quickly and fit well. The size chart for each item was accurate. I ordered 3 different items and each item is a different size based on the chart for each item (xs panties, s pants, and m tights)—so, trust the size charts even if it seems weird.
