I’ve tried many olive oils over the years, but these 3 varieties all stand out as truly exceptional. It’s the freshest, highest quality oil I’ve ever tasted, vibrant, rich, and perfectly balanced. I love that it’s locally harvested and produced right here in California with organic olives. The care they put into their craft really shows: they’re the only company I know of that actually measures and prints the potency of polyphenols from each batch right on the bottle. That level of transparency and commitment to quality makes me trust what I’m eating, and savor it even more. Thank you for your wonderful product!

my experience with Zimms has been great! My first bottle was on a waitlist and took some time to get to me. By the time it was time for my subscription to send me another bottle i hadn’t even gotten my first one. They were able to help me out and send me a different type and it was so easy. A+ on customer service and response rate
