Shipping and customer service excellent.

I had an issue regarding the charging aspects of the device I ordered. Tech support resolved this issue within a weeks time!

Service is mediocre. GPS Zproduct is mediocre. Still lags after each location update. Most tabs in the app don’t do anything. The tabs I do have questions on I can’t seem to get any usable help from reps other than “close the app and restart it. ” The unit is advertised to allow you to “dial in” and instantly monitor- so far I haven’t had that ability and service reps aren’t responding back via email to assist. The unit does record, which is great, but you can’t toggle through the recording, pause, rewind, etcetera. All you can do is press play and listen to the whole thing so if you miss an important note in your operations you have to replay the whole recording again. At $99+ for the unit and $20 a month it’s essentially just another GPS unit aside from recording, and you can get the same thing for free plus $13. 95 a month at OneStepGPS. Zetronix floods my email pushing products on me but I can’t get a fraction of a fraction in response back for assistance. Moving on soon if I don’t get my questions answered.

This is our second camera like this one. It meets all of our needs for monitoring our livestock. Zetronics has been a good company to work with.

I ordered the wrong item and customer service has been great with trying to get the issue resolved.

There is a learning curve in using the recording features of these glasses. Once you get the hang of it though, it's pretty intuitive. I bought these to record my mountain bike rides at the local trails. When going downhill on rocky trails, you don't have a lot of time to fiddle with the sunglasses with one hand to record. Luckily, you can end the clip with single click. . . and begin the next clip with double click. The blinking red light and vibration tells you it's recording. . . I like that. The video quality is great - 3840 x 2160, 4K. The one thing that I think can be improved is the flashing blue light to indicate you took a photo. It's very hard to notice. But other than that, it's great. It's almost like wearing an older action camera on your face.

In these times you can't even trust the leaders of certain countries. It's good to have cameras now mounted on your glasses. And soon I'll be mounting my security cameras on my house

The customer service was top-notch. However, I gave the product three stars for a couple of reasons. The audio quality was not very good, I was unable to change the date and time on the timestamp even though it would show the correct date and time in the album of the recorded videos, and when I set it to record when motion was detected, I noticed it would take a couple of seconds before the recording started…thereby missing the first few seconds of whatever set off the motion detector. To be honest, I’m not very good with technology so some of this may be operator error rather than a product problem. I will say I couldn’t have been happier with the customer service. The first order I placed, I ordered the wrong product by mistake. I called the customer service number and told them I had the wrong product and they gladly exchanged it without charging me a restocking fee. And when I got the product I originally wanted, every time I called for technical support I received great service. Because I was having difficulty with it I decided to return the product and was able to do so with no questions asked. I would have no problem ordering another product from this company or dealing with this company in the future. This particular product just wasn’t a good match for me.
