I am very satisfied with the memory card and highly recommend it.

The person in the sales department I spoke to when I was having a problem was letting Tech know to call me. So the salesperson also followed up with me via email 4 days later to see if I had been contacted which I had not. So kudos to the sales individual. Also during that 4 days included a Saturday and Sunday. The tech people still have not called me so the rating is a three due to the text not reaching back out since Friday morning and it's now 3:00 p. m. Monday

One of two units does not work at all. The second unit works but it is cumbersome to set it up and to record or replay recorded content.

It was shipped fast but the product could have been better.

Shipping and delivery time was awesome, no complaints there. Although they support is great the instruction booklet is poorly written and doesn’t explain much at all including how to install the SD card
