I’m not sure if it’s working the first day I took it I noticed my chest burning then after a few days my feet began burning again? Is that normal for most?

The product gets a 5 star review! As in my previous review the shipping method was poor. It was stalled for a few days at a couple of facilities, so took longer than it should have. It was just in a plastic sleeve with no padding and the sleeve was very dirty-seemed like it had been tossed around quite a bit.
