I am happy with my online purchase. The entire process was easy and found the Zena products that I wanted to purchase. Although as somebody who lives in Canada, I needed to pay extra for shipping, import duties and taxes and also if I factor in the conversion rate, my entire purchase was more expensive than what I would’ve expected. However, this is not the seller’s fault. The only reason I mentioned it is to make buyers outside of US aware of the additional costs. The products themselves are authentic and properly sealed. Overall, a well worth purchase for me as I was able to get the Zena products that I wanted to buy that I couldn’t find anywhere else here in Canada.
