great products from Greece

The advertised honey as “thyme”. There was no hint of thyme in the honey. The honey was crystallized as well. I’ve visited and purchased thyme honey from the mountains of Greece where this honey supposedly came from and this honey is not representative of what the region has to offer.

Fabulous quality. I searched for Greek spices and foods locally and nothing compared to what we had in Athens, until I found zelos. Authentic, just like what we had in Greece.

The shopping experience, itself, was great. And the marmalades, so far, have been great, too. The problem is that I cut off the cardboard from the trahana, to see your suggested recipe, and our housecleaner seems to have thrown it out. May I ask for another copy of your recipe for use of the Trapana.
