Excellent communication. It takes the stress out of wondering what is happening when you are waiting for a custom ordered item to be made. They worked some magic to get it heat before Christmas and it was even earlier than I had expected.

Because it was a special order I did have to wait, but because I expected that it wasn't an issue. I will be heading back to order more shirts as they are so beautiful and functional. Would love the addition of a zipped pocket!!!

Fit good, arterial good, customising good. Order processed and received in good time. Only issue is I feel they need ribbing on cuffs. Wife did this for me and now 100% happy with everything.
