Order #1449113 Sallam, I'm still waiting for my order and it's almost a month now and still the status hasn't changed. It still says the sender hasn't provided the items. And I don't think you guys called the UPS or whomever you guys used to ship the items, but I have been waiting. I have been patient so it would've been nice if you guys can get back to me as soon as possible with the result, and that would be great. if you guys cannot find them, then please either refund me or send me the items that I ordered. The hijab s are not good quality chiffon. Its your basic maybe a little better then Amazon quality. Dont order every color. Order a few and judge for your self.

I have contacted customer service four times about my order and no one is answering me. I don’t know what to do anymore.

My experience with this company was horrible. I received a tracking number with no information and when I contacted them (after already waiting a week) they told me to wait another 3-5 business days. When I still hadn’t received anything, I emailed them again and they still haven’t contacted me or given me any information on my package. It’s been a month so I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Horrible customer service. There are so many better companies to purchase hijabs and modest clothing from. I will never order from here again.
