This is such a great company. The products are wonderful. Production times can sometimes go a little long, but when you get the cups and see just how great they are you let that go. Just make sure you order more before you run out!

It's not all bad, the
It's not all bad, the mug is nice and sturdy and seems to be of good quality. The imprint however is not great. We did not have a complicated logo- just some initials and text. It is fine on some mugs, but stretched out on some, tilted diagonally on others. I emailed customer service and never received a response. I understand things happen and that it is impossible to review all the products but I was surprised to never receive a response with some suggested correction/adjustment.

I received a product that was admittedly out of specification. It looked sloppy, and i do not brand my business that way. I want people to know that I pay close attention to details, and that product unfortunately displayed the opposite. I just wish they would have done a little more when they realized it was a screwed up batch.
