I use Youngevity FitShake primarily for the protein value. I sometimes stir it into my hot chocolate, but love it just as much in cold water. It's filling and has a delicious banana flavor so I use it for a healthy snack in the afternoons. It's high in Vitamin D and has other supplementary minerals and nutrients - and NO gluten!
