Always a great product from Yocan been using them for many years.

Yocan online has been consistent with delivery as promised. A lot of reward point discounts. They honor their warranty with their products. Selection is practically unlimited. Unfortunately for the local vape shops, I only use Yocan online.

shipping was misleading, was told when it would be delivered was delivered outside the timeframe. Emailed customer service, didn't get a response. Sent them the same email 3 times before I got a response. Customer service told me to trust them and complete brushed my concern aside. Guess it doesn't matter.
