I found out about the healthy hair guide through Miyana’s TikTok and YouTube videos, which i found tremendously helpful for at home hair care. I was a little disappointed after downloading the guide because i found it didn’t go in-depth about hair care like her videos. It has the basics, like a hair log/diary and basics to washing your hair but I’d like to see it go further with a list of product recommendations, hair regimens for each porosity, examples of heat damage/color damage and more like her videos do. I do see potential in this product but again, her videos are far more informative + free, which i enjoy.

I purchased the Healthy Hair System on 12/3/23 and I received my order on 12/14/23.

My hair tends to be super dry and brittle even after freshly washing and conditioning it. But, after using the healthy hair system today (12/24/23) to wash, condition and treat my hair, my hair felt full of moisture and it wasn’t dry and brittle like it normally is. The product also smells really good. I’m excited to apply the hair care strategies that Miyana taught me so that my natural hair can grow nice and healthy and stop breaking off.
