We received our tea in a timely manner!

Y’all Sweet tea is the best tea we’ve ever had. My hubby is an avid tea drinker and when I 1st ordered I was skeptical, till I followed the directions, added the sugar and wow, days later , I put a second order in, this time for the pitcher set with mason jar mugs, straws and gave blackberry and peach a try. We have never tried a flavor tea in this household. Y’All Tea made a believer out of us. We rant so much about it, that our neighbors think we work for them or own stock in it! lol… I’m not kidding, the minute you open up the pouch, or now the new box, which I might add… I love the new packaging 🤗You get this wonderful aromatic, burst of fruit smell from the box!!! I’m like wtheck?Thats how I knew this tea was going to be killer. I have just completed my 4th order and let me say their customer service is impeccable as well, they return all texts and orders are prompt. We are lifelong customers 🙂Lisa

I’m giving only a 3 star review because the last order I had ordered the Raspberry tea and it tasted just like bananas it was gross and no one got back to me with my complaint about it. And also the time before this I had ordered Regular caffeinated tea and it was not good either it tasted bad not fresh. Now mind you I’ve bought this tea numerous times before and absolutely loved it so I’m not talking bad about this company I just wish they’d a gotten back to me about the Raspberry tea tasting like Bananas. I would’ve appreciated some kind of feed back about that.

The service is very good. I wish we had it in the stores here.
