Great costumer service.

So using the yakattack add one i feel like I have stepped up my fishing game and I have had to call customer service did not have to wait and was so helpful. you could tell they want you to be satisfied that what you get when you have a great product!

I reached out about a product that I was having issues with and Ruth Chandler CSR did a phenomenal job understanding the situation and taking action to making sure my needs were met. To see they were fully behind their customers and product is reassuring and refreshing as other companies may not have had the same type of professionalism and response as YakAttack. Thanks a bunch and looking forward to continuing business with y'all.
