I did have a problem with the first clutch but they resolved it quickly and I received the second clutch in less than a week

As suggested check the power supply to see if you are getting proper voltage.

I bought this PTO clutch as a spare for my Scag Turf Tiger zero turn. I have not installed it yet, but I do have one I purchased for my Gravely Promaster a few years ago and I am very happy with the performance.
