Today. July 4th, 2025 I went out to my uncle's field with a couple friends and it ended with one of my friends with the Can Cannon firing tennis balls at us across the field with my friend and I running trying to catch them. my uncle left me the house and field and since I cut the hay on the field it is the most fun I have had in a long, long time chasing a ball fired from THE can cannon. Had an early model xm42 from 2018, due to my own actions I messed up the trigger button. Reached out to see what I’d have to do to get a replacement part and customer service sent me a pre paid label, fixed my issue, and updated the whole machine. 7 years later. As a company, they’re top tier for support and innovation. Thanks again!

I have contacted this company several times about not receiving all of the parts ordered. They don’t seem to care.

I ordered this as a black Friday sale Christmas gift. I ordered the complete set along with the blanks. We only received the upper and that was it. I tried to contact Xproducts multiple times and could not get a response. Kinda a waste of time and money, looks like I will try to find the parts from a different company.
