Excellent service great coffee

I haven't had time to try them all, but so far so good. The Expresso I thank you for, I've had a hard time finding any good expresso. Looking forward to trying the Black Honey. Having went to Jamaica twice, this is the reason I came to you. Not bad. The only one I didn't enjoy is the free Hawian blend. It's just not for me. The Kpna was fine. We have a small roaster here in Spokane that came from Seattle. She supports Fair Trade and travels all over for her coffees. It's pretty good but I remembered when I ordered the Yaucho from you and how much I enjoyed it. Kenya has always been a favorite, so I was wondering how the Zimbabwe would be. Anyway, thank you for your coffee it's great to have really good coffee.

Good all the time

We really love coffee, so we always try something new when we travel. About four years ago, we tried this coffee, and since then we haven’t found anything better. For us, it’s truly the best coffee (at least for now). We recommend it to all our friends.

Jamaican Blue Mountain Peaberry whole bean coffee is truly the best!

On July 21, 2025 I ordered 4 lbs of Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee (JBM) and received a bonus 8 ounce bonus of their “50th” which is a Hawaiian blend. I received my order the next day (about 25 hours after placing my order). It appears that this is sourced from Mavis Banks as the product pictures shows barrels labelled “M. B. C. F”. For those in the know, JBM coffee is world renowned and commands premium pricing (I have seen it advertised from $89USD+), but Gold Star sells JBM at a very affordable bulk price. I couldn’t wait to try it out and ground the beans and made a cup as soon as I had the shipment. JBM coffee does not have the “boldness” that some people prefer. It lacks the bitterness that some coffees have, but is very smooth and can be truly enjoyed black. I also wanted to point out that there was a promotion going on at the time I purchased (July 21, 2025) but I did not enter the promo code. Gold Star honoured the promotion and included 1/2 lb of their Hawaiian blend (I haven’t tried it as yet as I try not to open a new package until I’ve finished my second pound of JBM (I do keep it in an air tight container). Gold Star definitely has my future business.

Great coffee good customer service

As I write this review, I am sitting in my recliner sipping on a cup of JMB dark roast. I am almost finished my last bag of a previous order from Gold Star, but not to worry, because I have my recent order 10 lbs of JMB dark roast and 1 lb of Limited Release, Costa Rica Black Honey Geisha, purchased for special occasion and special friends. I’m having a most enjoyable time, slowly sipping on my favorite brew and it with out a doubt is one of the worlds best coffee and roasted to perfection by the best coffee company in the world.
