This wetsuit doesn’t let a drop of water in and it has kept me so warm. I literally will jump in the water and be out there surfing for a while and come out just as warm. I will say it is pretty tight and I sized up (Normally an 8 and got a 10). It takes me and a friend to get it on because it’s so thick. But the thickness makes it nice and warm!!

as a first time customer, I didn't like that i was not able to exchange my garage sale item, my bad for not checking return policy first. was hoping to exchange for a larger size due to bigger busts and i would have been happy to paid for shipping there and back.

The website is easy to use. updates on shipping are timely and informative. Your quality is par excellance (11 on the 10 scale). size chart is right on. I now own 5 Xcels to keep me in the water all year long and I could not be happier, they all fit perfectly, they wear like iron, and the thermal properties of the suits is amazing.

Customer service is outstanding. They answered my e-mails to them promptly and accurately. The boots where a little small so I had to return them and this was a very painless and efficient process. I asked them to charge my credit card for the second set of boots so that I could get them right away and they said that they would refund me and actually what they did was just put the charge on my card as "pending" and since I sent them the boots back the same day that I received them using the FedEx return label that they sent me, they simply cancel the pending charge to my credit card. Really outstanding company and product!!!!

Great suite however a medium long would have been the right size. I ordered according to the size chart and I’m 5’10” which is the taller end of a regular medium. A medium long would fit better and now I’ve paid $450 full suite that doesn’t fit. Maybe you can help.
