I have several questions and then a problem with ordering exactly what I had wanted. I contacted customer service and they did a great job to answer questions. I liked the timely delivery and that it came by mail as we have had things disappear from our front step before. However I thought that the cap on the lid didn’t fit as tightly as the original. Overall I am happy with this product.

Great fast shipping

16oz Wyld Cup Camo: Love the cup but dropped the lid out of my hand the second day using it onto a linoleum floor and the slider lid fell out, or so I thought. Figured I could just snap it back into place, but nope, that little fall broke one of the side teeth right off. I recommend a redesign and to make it removable which is convenient for cleaning also. Now I will just use it without the slider lid I suppose. Great cup otherwise!
